problem with ticket view...(auth privilege) - 20-10-2007, 02:03 PM

in some cases i have this problem...

one user make a new ticket... but

i didn't receive notification and if i go to the Staff Center i can't see it.

I only can see it in the user page (on the subpace ticket).

if i try to ope this ticke the sistem give me this response:

" Tcket specificato non valido. Potresti non avere i permessi su questo Ticket oppure il Ticket non esiste"

in english:

"This ticket is not valid. MAybe you haven't the permission to this ticket or the ticket doesn't exist"...


Can anyone help me pls?

Make sure you have assigned yourself to the department that the ticket is going to? If you are not assigned to that department the you won't have permission to view it and/or see it within your staff cp.
