| problem with ticket view...(auth privilege) -

in some cases i have this problem...
one user make a new ticket... but
i didn't receive notification and if i go to the Staff Center i can't see it.
I only can see it in the user page (on the subpace ticket).
if i try to ope this ticke the sistem give me this response:
" Tcket specificato non valido. Potresti non avere i permessi su questo Ticket oppure il Ticket non esiste"
in english:
"This ticket is not valid. MAybe you haven't the permission to this ticket or the ticket doesn't exist"...
Can anyone help me pls? |
