Problems accessing esupport

I am getting this message when trying to access my esupport account. This happens on multiple computers.

Invalid SQL: SELECT `vkey`, `data` FROM `swregistry` WHERE `vkey` IN('languagecache','usergroupsettingcache','staffa ssigncache','groupassigncache','staffcache','tgrou passigncache','settingscache','tgroupcache'); (Table 'nzzkcqywjrlxqb3d.swregistry' doesn't exist)
eSupport is not installed. Run setup/index.php to install eSupport

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you install the software correctly?

This is the hosted version, I didn't have/need to install any software for the trial, what software is needed for the full version?

If you are using hosted solution of Kayako then I suggest you contact Kayako Support from - https://members.kayako.net/. They shall fix it for you.
