Problems adding users - Kayako

Hi Guys,

I'm having issues with SupportSuite, when trying to add in New Staff it won't complete the process.

I'm logged into the Admin console and have gone to the Insert Staff page and filled in the fields, however when I click "Insert Staff" to complete the process the page will go through and load as if it's complete but the new user is not added to the list.

There is no errors displayed.

Any suggestions on what this cou;d be and how to fix it?

Can you create a PHP Info file and link to it here so somebody can take a look?

Open your MySQL config file - my.cnf and set:

sql-mode = ""

Once that is done, restart your MySQL server and it should fix the issue.
