Problems after upgrade to PHP5 - 03-02-2008, 04:20 PM

When somebody sents an email to support@domain.com it doesn't land in esupport anymore since the PHP and Zend upgrade.

eSupport: v 3.11.01
PHP: v 5.2.4
Zend Engine: v2.2.0, Zend Optimizer: v3.2.2

The eSupport settings have not been changed, what could be wrong here ?

Regards,

MarcelC

Can you create a PHP Info file and link to it here?

It looks as though your PHP installation has not been compiled with mbstring support - this is a requirement.

Sorry Craig, I forgot I had removed for security reasons.
It is there now again.

"mbstring.language Japanese". That may be causing the issue.

Should this be set to English or Dutch (native language) ?

A /scripts/upcp on the cPanel server did the trick, the language setting is still the same.

Problem solved.
