1. Upgrade to the latest stable version of Kayako. 2. Change to file storage (Settings -> Attachments -> Storage Location For Attachments). Make sure your /files/ directory has permissions of 777 using FTP software. 3. Make sure things like maximum execution time and max upload size are set fairly high in your PHP installation (php.ini) by creating a PHP Information file (Creating a phpinfo() page) adjusting if required.
