Problems with attachments - 30-04-2008, 08:01 AM

I'm trying to upload attachment to a ticket from both sides - clients and staff and I got blank page as a result and then the attachment is not opening. The system responded that the file is corrupted. I was trying to attach > 2Mb files.

1. Upgrade to the latest stable version of Kayako.
2. Change to file storage (Settings -> Attachments -> Storage Location For Attachments). Make sure your /files/ directory has permissions of 777 using FTP software.
3. Make sure things like maximum execution time and max upload size are set fairly high in your PHP installation (php.ini) by creating a PHP Information file (Creating a phpinfo() page) adjusting if required.

I think v.3.20.02 is the latest.
files/ directory was adjust correctly and the system was working fine with this settings till today.
