Exclamation Pulling reports with custom fields - 23-05-2006, 06:09 PM

Hi everyone,

I created a custom field called "Status". It's a drop down with 2 choices:

- Active
- Suspended

I am trying to pull a report stating all clients that have the status "suspended". I tried this using phpmyadmin but the link between the clients and the custom fields is very hard to grasp. Any ideas on how I can pull this report out?

custom reporting is really hard to do right now. Varun said he was aiming for version 3.1 to have dynamic tickets and custom reporting being the highlights. There are some threads that talk about messing with the mysql in a very complicated manner to pull certain parts of information, but until they make a systematic process, you'll have to reference it yourself.

We'll wait for the release that does it. In the mean time I'll keep using Modernbill and will continue updating esupport manually.

ps to the developpers: It would be great to link MB and esupport for account activations/deactivations for companies that charge for support plans.
