| Question about Autoresponders -

We're setting up kayako and everything is going well. One issue we're having is that we want an email sent out to anyone who submits a ticket. The issue is that we just want this email sent once.
Customer sends in email -> customer gets autoresponse. From there on any of their additional responses to our questions should not get this or any autoresponse. My assumption would be to edit the "Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it" email that is sent but for the life of me I can't find that template anywhere. Although it would be nice to have a template we can easily change and also have different templates that go out depending on the email address or department that someone sends to.
I've searched the forums a bit but haven't really come across a solution for this. Any help is appreciated.
