If I want to use the mail parser to turn support@mydomain.com emails into tickets, I basically shouldn't ever "use" the address and check mail/send mail/etc from it, right? Dedicated purely for conversion into tickets? Version 4 now available! New interface & many new features! Download a FREE 30-day trial today! Use coupon savemoreon4 and save 10%! |

You need to set the email parser as explained in the manual to convert incoming emails into tickets. Look into the Email Parser Installation section for more details.
