Queue for chats - 04-04-2008, 02:18 AM

Hi,

We're getting more chats than we can handle. Is there any way to tell the customer that he has to wait XXX minutes & that he's number NNN in queue?

Regards,
Sergey

Hi Sergey,

These options in the Admin CP -> Settings -> Live Support may be relevant to you;

Well, we have these options set the same way. However, when we set option "Mark me as busy when I'm chatting with" in Live Response to, let's say, 4 - it shows correct message only to 2 or 3 first visitors and then change the status to "Be back soon" and asks to leave a message. Even when number of chats is going down - it doesn't show "you're number # in queue" anymore.
