| Queue Prefix Code?? -

Hey all!
Does anyone know where I can find the queue prefix php code? My group was informed yesterday via live chat with kayako that the prefix only applies to tickets that come in via email....almost all of our tickets come in via the client side of support suite and not through email and we would like our group name in front of the ticket id on all emails sent out after a ticket has been created.....
Does anyone know where the code is to govern this?? I've looked through the modules --> tickets a bit but didn't see anything that caught my eye.
Or if I was misinformed on this please let me know!
