Its more of a feature issue because Queues are never involved in the web interface. We have to decide on how to handle Queue signatures if a department will have multiple email queues assigned to it and figure out other problems associated with linking Queues in the web interface. It is still up for discussion and I will update this thread if we come up with anything concrete on how we can get this resolved. I just checked the issue in the latest stable build and it does not work. I suppose they will add it in v4.
