Sure -
We have about 25 queues (departments). When someone submits a ticket an email are sent to the staff memebers with the content, as well as a "thanks email" to the submitter.
I want to have a "spam" queue that ppl can fwd spam messages to. We have 5 staff members - but dont want any emails to be sent to them. When a spam is currently sent to this queue, it is then sends to 5 staff members. Our spam server then sees all that spam content from a trusted source - and this wreaks havoc on my Baysian DB. |
