Make sure your software files and cache directory permissions have been set to 777

I would suggest you contact Kayako Support from https://members.kayako.net/. Might just be a simple misconfiguration issue which could have been overlooked.

The issue most likely is with your directory permission. If you are using any control panel then try and edit it from in there.
