Quick Insert predefined replies broken after upgrade - 30-01-2006, 02:18 AM

Since the last upgrade, predefined replies function has stopped working for our installation - currently v3.00.32

If we now click on the predefined replies icon within the Quick Insert options, when responding to a ticket, nothing pops up, no options etc....

All predefined replies are set up correctly and were working just fine prior to the upgrade. This behaviour occurs when using a webbrowser or the winapp.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

try clearing the cache, that should clear up your problem.

No it didnt, funny enough, but we have fixed the issue by adding a new download, adding a new KB article, adding a new predefined reply etc - now all the drop-downs work fine.

Build Type: STABLE
Build Date: 20 Apr 2006 11:02:22 PM

And the "Quick Insert" feature is not working at all! Please help

Has this been solved? My replies are not working either.

I am on the latest stable release 3.20.02 whit Esupport

I try tu purge de cache in firefox and IE7 but notting happen.

I'm getting the same thing here.

We've got a brand new Kayako install, and as far as I know the quick inserts (with the exception of quote, which works fine) have never been functional.

We're going to try a cache clearing, but it would be great if there were another way to get this working!
