I have searched and cannot find it, can I make a link that will open a ticket in a certain department...

For example,

potential client "clicks here" to request a quote...

This in turn takes them to open a ticket in the quote department...

in my case this is department id 5

You can create a seperate "Template Group" and then click them to the "Submit Ticket" for that "Template Group".

I am trying to avoid an additional template group... that adds additional work... even though it is petty, having to go in and change each quote request member to a different template group will add up very quickly.
