Attached is a quick script to give help desk statistics in real time. It shows the number of open, on-hold, closed for each staff member and the last login/last activity of each.

It'd be good if this script could be attached to the staff cp dashboard in the statistics section ... would be perfect

I have already downloaded it, We are working to tweak the UI a little and push it out in the CVS.
