My Setup: 2 admins: a1, a2 3 departments: dep1, dep2 a1 has access (assigned and able to view) dep1 , dep2 a2 has access (assigned and able to view) dep2 dep1 has a closed ticket with customer's email: email@email.com so, if a2 wil go to OPEN TICKETS for dep2 then select Tickets > Search> Quickseach and input this email email@email.com then as result he will receive nice php error: Warning: max(): Array must contain atleast one element in ./modules/tickets/functions_ticketsearch.php on line 785 Warning: min(): Array must contain atleast one element in ./modules/tickets/functions_ticketsearch.php on line 786 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ./modules/tickets/functions_ticketsearch.php:785) in ./modules/tickets/staff_search.php on line 71 |
