Am I missing something? When staff replies I would like the original ticket to be quoted in the reply. My clients are not smart enough to remember what tickets that have in. And half of them name them the same thing...like mysite.com.

Instead of hitting "post reply" hit the small square icon to the right of their message at the very top. That quotes it.
