| Rank Newbie Problem: E-mail notices not going to admins -

I have a brand-new eSupport install (latest version) and have followed the admin manual in setting it up, but I think I missed something.
Tickets are being properly processed. People who submit the tickets are recieving notices of reciept, but no notices that a new ticket has arrived are being sent to the admin.
Currently the only user on the system is the main administrator account created with the install.
What have I missed? |
