Is this for real? - 27-01-2006, 04:03 PM

I honestly can't believe the experience I've had with Kayako up to this point.

It took 3 days to get a hosted account 'up'.
It took 2 more days to get a password to work.
Now, tickets simply don't show up in the staff section.
There's no real documentation, so that I may help myself.
InstaAlert shows no tickets.
No one answers my support tickets for days.

Am I alone in this frustration, or is this company simply a scam? It's frustrating particularly because the promise of the software is high.. i'd really like it to work.

Any help? Anyone?

Not sure if you saw this, but the manual is here .

I did see that manual, but it doesn't explain the basics.. like where are my tickets going? How do I assign a ticket? How do I setup IAlert? etc...

Just to close this out, Landon and I were able to get this working, a couple of settings needed to be tweaked. He's still having issues with InstaAlert, but he might have the wrong client, so I've asked him to check with Ryan from Kayako on that.
