The reason why Deparments can see too much of each other ?

Hi,

Of course now I need something, I also see the disadvantage of features, so this is not a "blame topic".

In my opinion, Departments are there to seperate sections in a company, so also support, that does not have to do anything with each other.

What I see at this moment is that Departments can see too much of each other.

Some Examples:

- Stafmembers of other departments using the PM functionallity.

- Reports, I think it's not needed that a staffmember of a department can query what another Department has done: Department Summary

- Tickets I think also that it should be possible that you can turn off that departments can create tickets under other departments. Ofcourse this is a needed feature, but sometimes you don't want to because a Department has to fix their own stuff and not make topics at other departments

Maybe it should be nice that you can enable if the department should be showed globally under "tickets" in all departments.

This are some thought that might be needed in the product.
