Hi all,
I just changed about 10 email templates regarding tickets. But when I submit a new ticket, none of the emails have changed.

Is there something I need to rebuild? Caches to purge/delete?

mboehm,

You need to clear the cache after making template changes for the changes to take effect. The easiest way to do this is to delete all files in the cache directory _except_ index.html.
