Refresh ticket screen doesn't keep your current view - 12-08-2008, 05:03 PM

I have noticed that when the ticketing screen refreshed, it doesn't keep you on the same "View" nor does it keep you in the same department folder. Is this feature "by design" or a bug? I don't see why you would want the screen you are viewing to refresh to a default view. I like seeing my department's tickets or the tickets assigned to me when the screen refreshes.

Which version of eSupport are you using?

Yes I can confirm this. It refreshes it to Tickets > Manage Tickets page. Not sure if this is how its suppose to work or if it is a bug.

Thanks for confirming. I think it's a bug. I am in a department and have a custom view defined and the ability to refresh my screen. Why would I want it to default to the main ticket screen?

I guess you can report this to Kayako from - https://members.kayako.net/. They shall look into the issue and confirm if it is or isn't a bug.
