Regarding the API (XML) for integration of kayako with other tools

Hello Jamie, This is regarding the API XML for integration of kayako with other tools(mostly monitoring tools).

Whats the status on this and when can we expect this.

I am a Kayako SupportSuite Full license owner.

There is no ETA but progress is being made - an announcement will be made once the API is completed.

This is a feature our company is also interested in. We have to be able to sync data between Siebel and Kayako. Unfortunately if we can't get this functionality we will have to choose a different solution.

Where should I be watching for an update on the API?

Work has recommenced on the APIs - a lot needs to be done and documented, so please do not anticipate their completion for a few weeks yet.
