Register Widget not Showing? - 28-05-2007, 05:44 PM

I have been playing around with the settings in the admin panel and noticed that I disabled the Register Widget somehow. Where can I set this to show in the admin panel?

The register widget is enabled/disabled from the staff CP under the user groups.

Staff CP -> Users -> Manage Groups

After this click on a group and set "Can View Register Widget" to Yes.

Also make sure you have not changed the LoginShare routine from the default Kayako product to something else.

We did at one time testing the login share with IPB. After I upgraded to the newest version the loginshare broke so I decided not to use it.

Is there something I need to do to "deactivate" the old loginshare?

Yes you need to switch it back to eSupport/SupportSuite Login Routine under:
Admin CP > Templates > Manage Groups > default > Settings > LoginShare

Once changed, it shall fix the issue.

Go Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Groups -> Click Settings -> Make sure LoginShare is set to "SupportSuite Login Routine".
