Registration required for Knowledge base access - 20-11-2007, 02:13 PM

Hi,

Is there anyway of making it so registration is required to access the knowledge base?

Happy that general tickets can be created by unregistered users but we want to put information in the knowledge base that we don't want accessed by the general population.

Or is there another way of achieving the same outcome that we haven't thought of?

Staff CP--> Manage User's --> User groups --> Guest

Disable the viewing of KB widget.
