Registration widget - 08-09-2006, 03:12 AM

Hi All:

I have a problem that I cannot figure out. The register widget is not showing up on the public page of my support center. I have the guest group enabled to view the registration widget but to no avail. Is there another setting that I need to apply to make this work? I vaguely remember that I was able to disabled the download widget but I cannot remember how or where.

Please help. Thanks.

Hi,
Are you using a LoginShare module of a different software? On switching LoginShare module from SupportSuite to any other software will remove the registration widget.

I was. I was trying to integrate Kayako with AWBS. What a nightmare. I finally disabled Loginshare and reinstalled Kayako and everything seems to be working fine.

sincle disabling the AWBS and reinstalling Kayako have you cleared your local computers Cache/Cookies? Its probably there you just can't see it as its still storing the old stuff.

Yes, I realized that I had to clear my cache and cookies as well. Thanks for the pointer.

The main problem was that I did not realize that the user registration widget disappears when enabling loginshare.

Can you post a screenshot of your Template groups settings found in the Admin CP and Guest group settings found in the Staff CP.

Jesus, I completly forgot about that. I've just deleted login data in loginshare manu.
