Remove disabled users from Owner list - 03-04-2007, 02:50 PM

Can we shorten or even sort the owner dropdown box somehow when assigning owners to tickets?

We have a bunch of people in there that no longer work for us and its tedious to assign tickets.

Well thats the tricky part.. due to auditing, we want to be able to see what tickets old users have worked on... so we want to leave that association there.

We want to just disable them. I have done that, but it still appears.

Maybe sorting is the better option?
