Removing CC Users - 24-07-2008, 05:02 PM

Hi,

Is there a way I can remove the cc users that customers input when sending in a ticket?

Look for the edit tab when viewing the ticket. Scroll down a bit, and there should be a delete icon next to the additional recipients.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have looked on the edit tab and it doesnt look like it will let me.

I have sent a dummy email with my work address and I attached a screen shot of the edit page.

Could it be the version I'm using?

See the CCuser? To the right of that should be a small trash can...

Hi,

There is no small trash can along side the CCuser.

Is it possible for the manager to remove this function for me to remove it?

I have taken another screen shot sohwing the whole page

Is your staff account an administrator or just "staff"? I log into mine as the admin, so perhaps it's only available to admins?

Yes that may be the case. My manager is not in today but I will speak to him and upgrade our accounts.
