Removing Ticket Details

I have edited email_staffreply to remove the ticket details
But they Still show on the our reponses

Here is what we have

What else needs to be done to remove this from the bottom of our ticket replies ?

cache has been removed

and edit email_staffreply in both default and our template, and they still show
