Hi, You can remove the ticket details in the reply by editing the email templates under the AdminCP > Templates > Manage Templates > Tickets You need to edit the template: email_staffreply You can turn off the sending of the ticket number in the subject under AdminCP > Settings > Tickets > Mail Settings Set Ticket ID In Subject for Outgoing Mails UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
