With regards to the WYSIWYG editor, I think you just either have to use Internet Explorer or FireFox or just use standard editing. It is a 3rd party editor and they don't support anything but these browsers. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Personally I hadn't used SupportSuite in Safari up until now, I've been using Firefox. The latest version of COOLjsMenu is compatible with Safari. I don't see why SupportSuite can't be using the latest version. 8 months since the original post & yet it hasn't been resolved? Quote:
A better solution would be for SupportSuite to be bundled with another WYSIWYG editor (either free or commercially licensed). Directory of WYSIWYG editors: http://www.htmlarea.com/ | |

I have checked and the majority only support FireFox / Internet Explorer. I am using Dev Edit (http://www.interspire.com/devedit/) in a piece of software I am building and I must say, its amazing! Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Just submitted it to feature requests so it gets noticed. They guys down at Interspire are AMAZING too. They go out of their way just to make sure the customer is happy. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
