A yearly license is for one year, what's the problem ? You have to renew it (SupportSuite Yearly Leased: US$ 299.95/year). If renewing is a problem, you should (must) choose owned. PS: But, I'm not sure it's always the good solution. I hope the "negligible changes to the back-end source code" will be soon available in a STABLE version. I also hope they're not negligible... I'm trapped. ^^ |

You can choose either of the two ways: 1) You can upgrade your license to the Owned version from the members area. 2) If you want to renew the yearly license, the renewal is 100% and you will have to buy this from the Purchase section in your members area. Let us know if there is anything else. Regards, Raghav Arora -------------------------------------------------------------------

I appear to be in the same situation. I have yearly leased versions of eSupport and SupportSuite that are due to expire soon. I can't seem to renew the license until it the yearly license expires... (not desirable) Why can't we renew our license a few weeks before the end of the yearly license expires? I have a few questions when the license does expire, will a warning/error message be displayed on the site? ![]() |

Having the message "License Error: Key file has expired" on my support website is not really something that is acceptable. Renewals are by far the easiest part of Kayako's business plan. However I feel you have got this terribly wrong. Kayako should be offering to renew yearly leased licenses prior to the expiry date so this circumstance doesn't happen. I have now processed the renewal and my order status is 'PENDING' Kayako members area, even though my credit card has been debited. Still waiting... |
