Reply Autoresponder not working - 22-08-2006, 01:08 AM

I have both Enable New Reply Autoresponder and Enable New Issue Autoresponder settings ON for the Email Queue.

But eSupport only sends an email to the customer when new ticket is created. No email is sent when the issue is responded by staff. Am I missing some setting for this?

In bug portal it says that ticket is closed as bug was already fixed. Where can we find a fix for this bug? We recently found out that it was happening to us and reading trough this forum I found that one of the solution was to switch to smtp mode, which we did. However Kayako is now running significantly slower. I'd like to go back to the previous setup if this bug was fixed.

I upgraded to the .98 build. Now it is partly working. When a client replies an email will go through. If Staff replies no email is received.
