reply from Blackberry as marked as "user" instead "staff" - 16-06-2008, 09:19 PM

hi

whenever I reply to a new Ticket or new reply notification from my Blackberry, the reply get's into the system as a "user" reply instead of a staff reply.
There is no special email address. If I reply to the same notification via outlook, it gets into the system as staff reply, just as it should be, only replies from Blackberry don't work.

Anyone seen this before?

It sounds like a configuration issue as I have never seen or read about such an issue. Contact support (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support") as there isn't much help we can give you here without having access to your admin area.

You might want to check the parser log to see if the from email address from your blackberry is recorded different from your staff profile email address.
