Reply template - 09-03-2006, 11:44 AM

I have created a group and attached the template to correct departments etc. However, there are some issues. The correct language is included and I do get Norwegian text all over the emails as it should. But, the templates themselves doesnīt seem to be correct when I change the template. Since language is attached to the templates and template-group again to department, it shouldnīt be my fault.

I added the text "TEST -1-2-3" at the buttom of staff_reply, but it doesnīt show in the email (but correct langauge). I canīt remove the "COMPANYNAME" tag in outgoing emails either, I wanted to have a norwegian reply line and not use the signature either. But I canīt remove the signature in the template it seems..

Now, I tried to edit the default template, and guess what.. My department templates isnīt used in emails, it is the default template no matter what. And I have Template Groups set to my custom template set (in those checkboxes). So, is it a bug?

Anyone got template groups working? Iīm running v3 stable..

Try clearing your cache directory, We do not have any reported bugs in regards to template groups.
