Hi Neal, Why was the ticket alert you were replying to being sent to your personal e-mail address? Can you confirm that it is ticket alerts you are replying to? Thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------

Jamie, How else am I supposed to get the e-mail alert of a new reply if it doesn't come to my personal e-mail address? The point of my post I believe is that my personal e-mail address, i.e. the client e-mail programs e-mail address should not show when replying by e-mail should it? My understanding is with tickets, we can reply directly to the alert or reply via the staff cp. So I have an alert setup which sends me an e-mail notification of new tickets, new replies, etc. When I reply directly to that I would expect private information not to appear in the body of the message. When I viewed the ticket I saw: My reply (body) Headers from e-mail to me (which I posted to this thread) body of the message from the original ticket |
