I was wondering if you help me with this question.... The reports in support Suite in Kayako are basics, I would like to get information about the overdue time tickects per (daily,weekly,monthly), quantity(daily,weekly,monthly) tickets per department (daily,weekly,monthly),by agents (daily,weekly,monthly), by groups (daily,weekly,monthly), response time (daily,weekly,monthly)... Is it possible or if is there a kayako module with these requirements? or Can some help me with this??? thanks..... |

Currently this is not available but will be added in v4. No ETA for v4 is currently available.
