Reports: Ticket List - 03-12-2007, 07:39 PM

Hi,

I have to send a short overview of the tickets to my clients, without the detail. So just subject, ticketID, status, Creation Time, Solved Time. How can I do that?

And is there a way that I can export the tickets into an excel or CSV?

You can use the User Reports under:
Staff CP > User > Manage Users > Client Name > Ticket Reports

You will need to search for the client using the "Search" feature under Manage Users

I have about 60 users for this client. I am looking for an easy way to make report on 1 page showing the 35 tickets that were posted. is there a way to do that?

Try the following:

1. Create a new ticket view with the appropriate columns,
2. Run the appropriate filter to display only the tickets you want,
3. Click Views -> View Options -> RSS Feed

This will give an RSS feed for the current ticket view, which can be rendered in a browser or RSS feed reader.
