Try the following: 1. Create a new ticket view with the appropriate columns, 2. Run the appropriate filter to display only the tickets you want, 3. Click Views -> View Options -> RSS Feed This will give an RSS feed for the current ticket view, which can be rendered in a browser or RSS feed reader.
