Hi jozeph, I am not quite sure what you are asked here. Can you confirm you are trying to do this? 1) You want to require users to register before sending e-mails to your support desk 2) Except for sales@ and affiliates@ -------------------------------------------------------------------

You can force registration for particular e-mail queues under Administrator Control Panel > Manage Queues > Require registration? Simply disable the requirement for the queues you do not want registration to be required. -------------------------------------------------------------------
