Require registration - 30-03-2007, 07:18 PM

Hi guys,

I would like to allow send email to SupportSuite without require registration to ONLY TWO emails. I'm using parser to manage emails and every time SupportSuite answer about require registration. I want to keep this and bypass this verification only when the user send email to SALES and AFFILIATES email. is this possible?

Hi jozeph,

I am not quite sure what you are asked here. Can you confirm you are trying to do this?

1) You want to require users to register before sending e-mails to your support desk

2) Except for sales@ and affiliates@

You can force registration for particular e-mail queues under Administrator Control Panel > Manage Queues > Require registration?

Simply disable the requirement for the queues you do not want registration to be required.

Show/hide departments! - 05-04-2007, 11:57 AM

I would like to show some departments only for REGISTERED USERS (LOGGED)...

How can I do that?

(not sending email - I would like to know how to using submit ticket options in the site)

I am afraid this is not possible as a standard feature, and would require some custom coding and/or a feature request
