I have been asked to make our helpdesk require user registration before they are able to submit a ticket.
I would like a user to be forced to register before they submit a ticket to the helpdesk. Also, we use the mail parser, so how can I make this work with registration? Is there a way to bounce mail for all users who are not registered in the helpdesk? Or send back a notice that they must register first?
EDIT: Just a quick note, this is for one of our customers' helpdesks... we know this is a bad idea, but this is what they want...
