Is there an option to require users to login? I have all my users from AD and don't want anyone else submitting tickets or viewing our knowledge base. Any idea? |

Yea I guess I should have poked around more... all I had to do was login as staff... and to think I am setting this support site up to take care of stupid questions like these... lol |

haha! Im glad you found a solution to the issue. Don't think that any question is stupid as the users here at Kayako Forums have a wealth of knowledge and could probably answer any question easily. eSupport is a complex piece of software and thus some features might be hard to find  Anyway, Im glad everything went OK for you.
