Hi Andrew, Have you enabled the Display Live Support Status Icon below Navigation Bar setting in Administrator Control Panel > Settings > Live Support? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Try running the Templates Diagnostics test and check for any reported errors. Andrew.S - is there a browser setting of some sort that is disabling JavaScript? Are you running an adblocker that may be blocking the image? Could you please e-mail me a link to the client side interface of your support desk (my address is below) so I can test it here, or see if the system is trying to output the image? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Can you please support about your "Please wait for an operator" message running all the time, providing them with details of your installation so they can assist you further (including details such as what browser the client is on, and so on). -------------------------------------------------------------------
