Restored templates - 11-04-2007, 04:15 AM

I restored templates and now live chat icon is gone what happen why did it disappear? Can anyone help me get the live chat icon back on main support page?

if anyone here has a default template backup please attach it and i will download it and restore that and if it works I WILL LOVE YOU

Well I got a 3.10.02 template backup and it didnt fix looks like live chat got uninstall what happened?? How do i get live chat back.

i put the live chat icon on my homepage and it shows online when i click on it it gives me a blank page. What happen???

When i go to the staff cp, I see live support in there But it isnt showing on the main support page why isnt it showing??

Hi Andrew,

Have you enabled the Display Live Support Status Icon below Navigation Bar setting in Administrator Control Panel > Settings > Live Support?

Try running the Templates Diagnostics test and check for any reported errors.

Andrew.S - is there a browser setting of some sort that is disabling JavaScript? Are you running an adblocker that may be blocking the image?

Could you please e-mail me a link to the client side interface of your support desk (my address is below) so I can test it here, or see if the system is trying to output the image?

Jamie I got it fixed apparently My Staff member banned me by accident.

Also, I need someone to help me fix this live chat issue, When the client request a live support session we accept it and they get get please wait for a operator. we say hello and they still dont get anything.

Glad you have it sorted. Can you please support about your "Please wait for an operator" message running all the time, providing them with details of your installation so they can assist you further (including details such as what browser the client is on, and so on).
