Restrict certain IPs from displaying in SupportSuite - 16-12-2008, 06:21 AM

Is there a way to restrict certain IP’s from being displayed in SupportSuite like our office IP and firewall addresses?

Depends which part of SupportSuite. I am assuming you are talking about the visitor list inside LiveResponse?

If so, you can right click them and click "Ban" and it won't show them anymore.
