This is one of the biggest problems with kayako. They use drop down boxes instead of multi-select boxes. I think every drop down box needs to change to a multi-select for this reason. How would someone go about sending a note to two users? |

Not a note, but you can send PM's to multiple users under home/private messages/compose. Multi select on notes would be better though, as it would/could be specific to the ticket/client Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |
