no there is no option to do this other then going to the users and checking all of them and then hitting delete and then going to templates and doing "Restore" on all of them.. Unless you contact Kayako and request them to do a full restore which if they did they probably would charge for it. Digital Mayhem, Inc. There is no way to restore a hosted helpdesk. You will have to manually delete all the data and start again from scratch. Kayako will not re-run the setup as their hosted solutions heavily depend on an automated system. They absolutely do not prefer to make any manual changes to this automated system.
