Hi all I'm trying to figure out if there's a way of ordering replies from newest to oldest when quoting replies in either "Post Reply" or "Forward". Has anyone managed to figure this one out? I'm also trying to print just the ticket list and not the entire screen. I've waiting for a reply from dewakregarding their free export to excel mod (Export to Excel) as this might solve this issue.
