Any chance to make this new release totally compatible with php5.2.3 ?
php4 is at end of life, everybody must migrate to php 5.

We have nearly always been compatible with PHP5.

From what I heard from Kayako Support, the software works fine with the latest PHP release without any issues.

Can you report any specific issues in the bugs ASAP so it gets crunched in the bug crunch (http://bugs.kayako.com).

I was told that the final 3.11.0 will be released On 7/22/07 (later today). Is this still the case or will there be some more delays? Just curious because if it is going to be another week or 2, I will go ahead and install the latest CVS build instead to squash some bugs. Thanks

Hmm, that is odd. Kayako never give specific dates like that. Please post know who told you this as Antoine said then the staff can stop this false information from being put out again.

It may have been a rough guideline given by a support or sales staff member. As a rough guideline, it is fairly accurate. However, as a definite ETA it is not accurate but may well have been a couple of weeks ago (new bugs caused by other fixes or simply new bug findings have had to be added to the tracker over the last week).

yes It was a kayako staff member who gave me this date. I was told this last thursday so it was not very old information. I guess it was false-who knows. Anyway I will probably just install the CVS now and wait since it sounds like it is still 1-2 weeks away at least. thank you.

Maybe a good idea to stick to not giving dates at all. It works best I think.
