From what I heard from Kayako Support, the software works fine with the latest PHP release without any issues. It may have been a rough guideline given by a support or sales staff member. As a rough guideline, it is fairly accurate. However, as a definite ETA it is not accurate but may well have been a couple of weeks ago (new bugs caused by other fixes or simply new bug findings have had to be added to the tracker over the last week). -------------------------------------------------------------------
