The round image (red/orange) means?

Hi there

Under each department, the round image beside each status, what does it mean? Ours is red or orgrange for no reason. Even if there is no tickets in Open, it can show red?

Very odd... whats it mean?

In the Staff area I believe he is referring to the "Filter Tickets" Area. Under your departments you have the different status "Open/On Hold/Closed" etc. Next to those are little bubbles or colored circles (however you'd describe them).

Oh ok. Orange round icon means there has been no activity (no new tickets or replies) for this status in this very department. When the icon turns red, it means some activity has taken place since the last time you logged in and it alerts you so that you can have a look at it.

Is it possible to have a status stay orange at all times? Don't really need the "Closed" status to show as red.
