I'm using V3.00.13 My goal is to have: http://support.URL1.com and http://support.URL2.com To have different support desks. So far what i've done is: Put a redirect from support.url1.com to mysupporturl.com/?group=XXXX and the second one to another group. That seems to work. Now, problem comes in when the customers start receiving the emails that the software makes. All emails point them back to mysupporturl.com, and they don't pass the group=xxx, so they go into the default template. My question is, ether, a) How can i make the group be passed to all emails sent by the system. b) Is there a better way of doing this?, am i doing the right thing redirecting, or has anybody else come up with a better solution... Also, the main company name shows on every email, instead of the satellite company name, not sure if this is changeable. |
